My name is Cynthia Kreitzberg. I entered the life coaching field because I enjoy identifying and solving problems.
My goal as a life coach is to be a resource for my clients. Working together, we can assess where you want to be, and what actions will get you to your goals.
Depending on your needs, I can be an accountability partner, help break action plans into manageable pieces, aid in assessing your current life satisfaction, and help you develop a plan for moving forward in your life.
My clients establish their goals, and I walk with them for a time in accomplishing those objectives.
Training and education background:
- Master of Arts, Life Coaching and Mentoring, Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary.
Certifications:
Light University:
- Professional Life Coaching
- Dr. Amen Brain Health
- Brian Cain Mental Performance Mastery Certified Life Coach
My life coaching training builds on the foundation of my previous career. I spent over 30 years in the Information Technology (IT) field. I really enjoyed working with my customers, learning their business, and helping them with new solutions for fixing existing problems or emerging needs.
Now, I use the same problem-solving and project management skills from my IT career to help you. Working together, we will define or refine your goals. We will assess what steps need to be accomplished to move you forward, break the tasks into manageable pieces, and develop an action plan to complete the work that needs to be done. I can provide fresh insight and tools to help you gather information, identify the current state, and confidently move forward to a new future.
What is Life Coaching?
- Life Coaching is a collaborative process. The Coach helps the client define their goals, identify the steps needed to achieve those goals, and put a plan in place. When the client executes the plan, the coach encourages, holds the client accountable, and aids in making adjustments to the plan to ensure achievement of the stated goals.
